Notes: These training videos were created the fall of 2015. The content of each screen is subject to change over time; therefore, when you are in LGIS, some of the screens may look slightly different, but the functions remain the same unless otherwise noted.

For optimum viewing and functionality of LGIS use Google Chrome.


LGIS has a Help directory for every page of the BFR, PPR and Claim forms. The Help instructions are page specific so if you are on the PPR Form for example:

  • Click on the Help link at the top right of the page

A new window will open providing explanations and step by step instructions for the page that you are on.

This will provide additional information and assistance when completing your forms.
